6 Tarlov or perineural cysts in my sacral ... I understand what you said about validation ... cysts, had the surgery, and actually helped ... with my pain! ... Not sure what I'm going to do now

My pain and symptoms went ... take Advil and Gabapentin for nerve pain ... .I had one massage and one cranial sacral ... Not sure what helped. ... I hope this helps someone.

I have osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease in my back. I have had bilateral total knee replacements...
So went back to pain management, Had ... on 01/30/18 at the T8 level and the Sacral-iliac ... it as "IT band" pain. ... This does seem to help when I stand, ... Any idea what could be causing the pain

What helped me a lot before and after ... does myofascial release which can help ... forms, it tightens up and can increase pain ... (MFR) for treating compression and pain ... the lumbar spine, or at the lumbar sacral

Are you having pain or other symptoms? I also have a bone spur in my L3...
Are you having pain or other symptoms ... vertebrae, but the majority of my pain ... from many, many Tarlov Cysts on my sacral ... That is what is causing my spine right ... Does that help you at all?
