No biliary dilatation was seen. ... Common bile duct measures 2 mm. ... No intrahepatic bile duct dilatation ... Pancreas not seen due to bowel gas.

I can only speak from my experience. I was diagnosed in July 2021 with an IPMN...
with an IPMN (2cm) on the tail of the pancreas ... on the main duct. ... IPMN grew to only 2.1 cm, but main duct ... dilation seemed worse.

I found a pancreatic specialist that ... nothing in imaging to suggest the pancreas ... He did confirm that 50% of chronic pancreatitis ... in imaging or tests (enlargement, duct ... dilation, calcification etc).
