are my choice to be taken under the tongue ... discomfort or anxiety that brings on more pain ... Be safe, be pain-free. Chris

Same here first time to use so I wasn't sure which post to reply to, anyhow,...
reply to, anyhow, I started to get pain ... it I realised that I no longer had pain ... You put 3 to 5 drops under your tongue
