Well, I want to add a couple of thoughts ... in motion, pain, discomfort, heat, swelling ... /fingers/feet/ankles/hips. ... It stops arthritis pain in hands/feet ... helped in some degree, but not truly well

But the feet ARE. ... sitting say in an easy chair, the feet ... like if you grab your fingers in one hand ... with your other hand and squeeze them ... Well that's kind of what my neuropathy
