Sometimes ... still have it along with the constant numbness ... in my feet and ankles. ... think it’s a slippery slope, and from what ... only for a short distance , really helps

I had a double operation for stenosis in both my neck and upper back which probably...
exacerbated my post op but it may be helpful ... activities/PT slowly j til you know what ... I do have some continuing numbness in ... fingers and feet but I barely notice ... I hope this helps.
