I am indeed going to therapy (I've been a therapy regular since I was a teenager)...
convinced myself that the intermittent numbness ... been experiencing, mostly in my legs/feet ... order to regain a realistic view of what ... It was helpful for sure.

"take" except for partial numbing ... about 11 yrs ago I had a spinal tap to help ... The after effects of what oftentimes ... injections into areas of your feet. ... medical community that can possibly help
