was diagnosed with small nerve fiber neuropathy ... exercise 5 days a week to see if it helps ... wouldn’t feel anxious and that would help ... I honestly don’t know what to do but ... being diagnosed with SFN or other neuropathies

What about the lidocaine or capsaicin ... patches (Salonpas brand) and it seems to help ... some (I have idiopathic small fiber neuropathy ... Helps maybe a little but ai really don
