July of this year, I noticed my calf muscles twitching on both legs (not all day)...
told me I most likely had Small Fiber neuropathy ... told me to take soluable B12, stop alcohol ... fasciculations and then the symptoms of neuropathy

really isn’t a cure for small fiber neuropathy ... deficiencies/toxicities, stopping alcohol ... Chemotherapy can also cause neuropathy ... I am assuming you did if your neuropathy
