B6 will disappear from the bloodstream fairly quickly, but depending on how severe your toxicity is...
also cause permanent nerve damage and neuropathy ... B6 without testing to see if I was deficient ... toxicity, I will never take another vitamin ... without being tested first to check for deficiency
