I take small dose of klonopin for anxiety as I was having rebound anxiety from Xanax...
from Xanax later in day when it wore off ... as well as 10 mg Lexapro and 400 mg Gabapentin ... I feel that my mind is off (concerned ... May ask dr for brain scan and try to taper ... off some meds.

After searching online for days on this topic I am thankful to everyone in this thread...
neruo-psychologist recommended taking Gabapentin ... I was on Gabapentin for a total of 8 ... I asked my dr.'s when I could taper ... to drop down to 100mg/day, then go off ... instructions until I was completely off
