@dadcue I cannot imagine 13 years on steroids. I had more than my share of side...
to 7.5 and landed at 10 to cut the pain ... steroid injections in my neck from a pain ... She does follow my PMR with interest ... little with me but for now has stayed hands ... The steroids I take for PMR are known

I just sent a message about my PMR situation ... I was just diagnosed with PMR, so my ... I do use it on the pain in my hips, ... hands, arms, shoulders and neck and ... from PMR and it did help.

I too came down with PMR about 10 days after my second Shingrix vaccination- I have...
I too came down with PMR about 10 days ... aches/stiffness particularly in my hands ... - but was almost paralyzed in pain ... I have read that PMR can burn itself ... everyone has their own experience with PMR
