Laminectomy a year ago immediately relieved pain in hips and legs that had rendered me almost...
left with (neuropathy) numbness and tingling ... in my feet, but so far not a lot of ... already noticing less symptoms in my feet ... From what I understand, vitamin levels ... took it for years and it seemed to help

72 here... severe issues with stenosis hit me suddenly in Sept. 2021. After laminectomy in 2022,...
noticed the neuropathy... the numbness, tingling ... moment, I just have the numbness and tingling ... in the morning is when my legs and feet ... I'm hoping the Metanx will help, ... But what can I (we) do but the best

doctors decide quickly if they can help ... wouldnt give me anything strong to help ... months I now too have numbness or tingling ... and or pain in my hands, feet, occasionally ... Like you said just what you needed,

I had posted this on another discussion (Colon then liver??), so I copied it here for...
things from my experience that might be helpful ... or at least give you an idea of what ... I had it in my feet and to a less degree ... better, a couple of my toes still tingle ... Hope this helps.
