agree with DadCue that diagnostic pain ... for PMR is bilateral but not always ... into this journey and my shoulder pain ... I think that the PMR has caused bursitis ... I'm right-handed so my right side

Started out with neck pain with minimal ... Also felt some tingling in the hands ... physical therapy and it helped the pain ... but numbness in the hands recurred. ... A year later I developed PMR acutely

@dadcue I cannot imagine 13 years on steroids. I had more than my share of side...
to 7.5 and landed at 10 to cut the pain ... steroid injections in my neck from a pain ... She does follow my PMR with interest ... little with me but for now has stayed hands ... The steroids I take for PMR are known
