I see a trend that PMR does cause pain ... Now I wonder what LDN acted on to remove ... If I stop the LDN for at least 3 weeks ... So I keep up the script for LDN.

I had PMR but wasn't diagnosed yet. (4 years with a rheumy who didn't recognise it.)...

I had PMR but wasn't diagnosed yet ... The pain was typical PMR when I used ... My GI doc didn't believe in LDN ... April 2021 so I use both pred and LDN
