So sorry to hear about your recent struggles. I was recently diagnosed with Stage 3a CKD....
eliminate all NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory ... Diet is also a very important part kidney ... sugar - it will also help with your PMR ... I will be seeing a CKD diet specialist ... help me understand what I need to do diet-wise
