Sep 12, 2018 · Raynaud's Syndrome in Autoimmune Diseases

I have been diagnosed with raynauds and was given cialis to take to help blood circulation. Though the cialis did help slightly it gave me bad chest pains like something was sitting on my chest. So now I just thaw out in warm water every evening and sometimes during the day if I'm able to. I try to always have a blanket, jacket whenever I go somewhere that might be cold. I also wear a beanie almost everyday. My raynauds seems to be worse when I take my meds for a prolactinoma.

I've been told that the tumor can be treated with meds so removal would be to invasive. Also that there is a chance it will grow back within 5 years. So I see different drs for every symptom. Most recently I have been scheduale for a sleep apnea test. Looking for central apnea I think.

Also what can cause C1 and C7 to be immobile? I have no pain whatsoever in my back or neck. I do get headaches everyday I wake up with them and just try to manage them through the day. Also have raynauds, the chiropractor said making the C1 and C7 mobile would help with circulation and the raynauds.

So I have an appointment for a sleep study based on symptoms of fatigue, brain fog, anxiety,. I do know I stop breathing sometimes when I'm falling asleep but I thought everyone did that when they are really tired. My fiance just told me he has seen me stop breathing when sleeping. I'm so curious is there us a cause that can be fixed instead of treating. I have a prolactinoma and I saw a chiropractor once he took x-rays and said my C1 and C7 don't move. Can either of these be the cause? The chiropractor dis have a plan to get those vertebrae moving 6 weeks of laser treatments I think 3×a week i just can't afford that and as far as I know my insurance won't cover it. Any thoughts?

I also have a prolactinoma but was told no one would remove it because it's so invasive and there is a chance it will grow back within 5years. I take cabergoline 1×weekly and it's aweful I've got daily headaches nausea and fatigue that are so much worse with this med. I've been taking it for 5years now, with short breaks to see if my prolactin levels stay normal without meds. I always end up back on it this last time I was only able to stop for 2 months before my levels shot up again. So bummed. Would you say your surgery was invasive? I've head that it's done so often now it's kind of easy peazy. And how have you felt since?
