About Chair Yoga for Cancer Survivors

Partnering with the Christina Phipps Foundation, Mayo Clinic Florida hosts a FREE chair yoga class for cancer survivors and their caregivers. Consult your physician prior to joining. Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothes that are easy to move in. A yoga mat is not needed.

Event will be held every Monday from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Eastern time (find your time zone). No classes on federal holidays.
