Libby Henslin is the Supervisor for Mayo Concierge Services. Libby’s presentation will give us a window into one of the best kept secrets at Mayo Clinic – Concierge Services.  She’ll share a little about their team, the scope of their work, how patients connect with their services and some evidence about how their services impact the patient experience. Finally, she’ll make time for your questions and answers at the end.
