Join us Friday, July 14, 2017 from 10:00am-2:00pm for this year's Sidewalk Sale! You'll find unique treasures at great prices while giving back to the Rochester community.  Find furniture, appliances, books, plants, jewelry, clothing, and much more!

Every year our Charter House residents hold a Sidewalk Sale and donate the proceeds to Rochester, MN area nonprofits. Over the past 26 years, they've raised nearly $300,000 that has then gone back into the Rochester community!

This year the proceed recipients are Catholic Charities Diocese of Winona , PossAbilities , Camp Victory Ministries, and The Reading Center/Dyslexia Institute of MN .
