Which measure is a better predictor of heart disease, cholesterol levels or the ratio of HDL to Triglycerides?
I saw an article about senescent cells playing a role in heart health and possible treatments that help by getting rid of them. Is the science behind this sound?

Is there any prevention for A-fib?
Common meds include Amiodarone and others. There are side effects from all, so you need to be mindful. Some people have Afib and have no problems, but others maybe at great risk - according to cardiologists we have seen. Dialysis can cause Afib. Correctly done it can be avoided.
