I had endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty in October of 2017. I have since lost 78 pounds. It was the best decision I ever made. No longer have high cholesterol or high blood pressure. Not as many aches and pains as before. The program was amazing and the support I received before and after the procedure added to my success.

I was sleeved October 2016. I lost 90 pounds from the beginning of journey, but I never reached my goal. Now, after 3 surgeries, including a melanoma and 2 spinal surgeries, I am gaining weight. I've been on steroids, pain killers, anti-anxiety meds, etc. Also, I have been inactive for very long periods of time. Even now, I have neuropathy and walking is difficult. I don't know what to do to stop the weight gain. I am scared to death! Should I think about a revision? I have about 20-30 pounds to lose. Thank you!!

I have a question. I need to lose at least 100 pounds and even when trying hard to do so, I never lose any weight and continue to gain. I take a lot of insulin and have been told that adds weight plus I have been retaining fluid even on high doses of Lasix and spironolactone. If you have cirrhosis of the liver, how safe is bariatric surgery?
