It's good if you can do it, but PMR ... natural diet for 3 years prior to PMR ... the amount of steroids my level of PMR ... dropping under 10 mg and CRP shoots back ... up again along with more pain.

I have pain daily in the uppermost back ... I do not think it's pmr. ... have an Achilles problem which is painful

Ibuprofen was my miracle drug before PMR ... After PMR and before diagnosis it did ... After prednisone I was pain free for ... several months until the old hip pain ... where my PMR started crept back in.

interesting that you mentioned your low back ... as a source of PMR pain. ... in my low back and the prednisone helps ... It is my opinion the back pain is from ... the PMR But my rheumatologist won’t

mostly ignored it because there was no pain ... had the numbness and no associated pain ... multiple sclerosis and get her life back ... helped others with PN get off the pain ... health questions come up, like managing PMR

work with but being a cook from way back ... I found that chocolate gave me pain, ... find that coffee helps to quieten pain ... Health Service, which has a pretty good PMR
