Well I sprained my ankle I think it ... I tried PT it didn’t help the pain spread ... Than the pain went to that area but ... with lots of prickling and muscle pain ... both doctors it all started with my ankle

implants and metals in the body can cause pain ... I experienced this after a bad ankle ... fracture and I had constant pain like ... hardware removed and I not longer have pain

or have pressure on it - terrible pain ... there is a nerve compressed in my ankle

I have that shin tingling and pain with ... feel a band across the front of my ankle ... far and still have sciatica so my pain

it progressed to a point where my ankles ... felt fused and my hands were so painful

numbness I’ve noticed weakness in ankles ... If u have no pain u are fortunate.
