last 3 months because of a broken ankle ... and fracture is still healing and painful ... and my foot still swells and gets painful

If I was to twist my ankle, it would ... just like there is still a cast on my ankle ... delay of a few minutes before the pain

@jenniferhunter - I agree that it is a genius mod! Wish I had thought of that...
plate and screws on the knee and the ankle ... I experience a lot of pain on my ankle ... plate to be removed so I can have less pain ... says it is my leg and I only know the pain ... My pain is much worse during winter
