think you feel the same way about PMR ... I've had 2 occurrences of PMR. ... before I was able to taper off of prednisone ... Have you discussed any possible alternatives ... for prednisone with your rheumatologist

From what I've read, a lower dosage of prednisone (like 20 mg) has a "miraculous" effect...
