A couple of comments: 1- Interesting about the sciatica. I had off and on "mild" leg/back...
I had off and on "mild" leg/ ... that my pain is under control with prednisone ... 2- Prednisone taper - I was started ... with rheumatologist, did my first taper ... at least two weeks before the next taper

understand your reluctance to take Prednisone ... artery biopsy and put on 40 mg, with tapering ... it a year and a half, and have been off ... prednisone now for nearly a year. ... She took the Prednisone and was cured

Okay, just about ready to give up. On 17.5 Prednisone down from 20 started in April....
On 17.5 Prednisone down from 20 started ... I wanted to try Prednisone and for two ... I tapered to 15 and had to start again ... Maybe I was better off when I got cortisone ... How can I ever get off it?
