brought to light that I apparently have PMR ... mg I was extremely fatigued and in pain ... Couldn't take the fatigue and pain ... Back up to 5 mg. ... Back to cramps again.

the magic pill - pretty much all my pain ... prednisone (which you want to do when the pain ... off with the last few months going back ... stop taking it with minimum aches and pain ... should be adjusted upward if your pain
