I know that a rheumatologist or even regular doctors will want you to taper off of...
even regular doctors will want you to taper ... off of prednisone as soon as possible ... I hate taking prednisone too and I know ... you want to taper off of it as soon ... provide a better explaination of why not prednisone

I understand and I'm so sorry! I have UC (pancolitis) and had been in remission on...
and failed Stelara, have been on and off ... prednisone several times (60 mg daily ... , then the taper by 5 mg every week) ... Remicade every 4 weeks and still on prednisone ... Right now, I am down to 15 mg prednisone
