bloodwork may not really indicate PMR ... hours of going onto Prednisone I was back ... to walking and almost pain free. ... I am back to doing pretty much everything

Both occurrences I've had of PMR ... started at 20 mg prednisone and the pain ... The pain symptoms can come back if you ... loss of appetite, depression, joint pains ... Cell Arteritis (GCA) or ask about pain
