It could be a pinched/impinged nerve in your cervical spine! Most people get that via shoulders...
Some get it to their legs feet from ... characterized by local pain, tingling, numbness ... what you are describing does not sound ... A good MFR therapist can help you manage ... and also help isolate and further narrow
