I had my Moderna Vax in February and March and was diagnosed in April with PMR....

If your diagnosis is PMR I am not sure ... taper down slowly and only when the pain ... under control or at an acceptable level ... prednisone with only minor aches and pain ... You said your pain is from both shoulders

I think most of us with PMR have experienced ... didn't taper to the next lower level ... (40+ pounds) the first round with PMR ... thinking about nutrition to help with PMR ... helps the body on a cellular nutrition level
