with PMR and took 3 and half years to taper ... off and had problems gaining weight ... which I think really helped me to taper ... off of prednisone in 1 and half years

Prednisone can really do a job on bones ... is the doctor’s next plan once your prednisone ... I’m now on Mycophenolate as i taper ... off the prednisone.

through a similar problem with the taper ... not help in the process of getting off ... prednisone. ... recommends 1 mg drop per month of prednisone ... At this point 5 mg seems a long way off
