Meet Andy: Mayo Clinic’s First Face Transplant Patient

Last week, Mayo Clinic announced a major milestone for its transplant center: in June 2016, a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, physicians and other health professionals completed a near-total face transplant on a Wyoming man named Andy Sandness.
