#MonthlyMission: What my second chance means

By Tony Hart, Champion Specialist, @TonyHart87

How has your living donor transplant impacted your life?

I look at this as my adventures can continue quote

Our patients often talk about their transplant as a second chance at life, whether it allowed a shift in the things they could do, or extended their life to enjoy more birthdays, weddings or dream vacations.

Tell us about your second chance thanks to a living donor transplant. We'd love to hear about what it means to you and your family.

This fall, Mayo Clinic will share and celebrate living donors who make this second chance possible, and raise awareness of the need for living donors.
