This week, I thought it would be a good time to repost a blog from 2018 about managing stress. It is stressful out there right now! All it takes is a glance at the news, your email, or paper to potentially raise your anxiety level. That means it is a good time to take care of ourselves and try to stay calm, too.

I started doing yoga almost daily January 2019. That, along with a short daily workout, has done wonders for my stress levels.
