Repost: Stress Relief is Only a Few Breaths Away

By Dr. Melanie Chandler, HABIT FL Director, @drmelaniechandler

This week, I thought it would be a good time to repost a blog from 2018 about managing stress.  It is stressful out there right now!  All it takes is a glance at the news, your email, or paper to potentially raise your anxiety level.  That means it is a good time to take care of ourselves and try to stay calm, too.

Thanks Michelle for this great article on breathing to support calm!

I started doing yoga almost daily January 2019. That, along with a short daily workout, has done wonders for my stress levels.
