virtual breast canPlease join us for a special series of "Moving Forward, Staying Present" for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Instead of meeting once this month, facilitators Liz Mattson, Humanities in Medicine Music Therapist, and Kristin Lothman, Integrative Medicine & Health Mind-Body Medicine Counselor have curated 4 weekly Zoom sessions throughout October.  They will take a deeper dive into how mindful awareness and creativity work synergistically and in meaningful ways that enhance health & well-being.  The group will remain focused on participant-driven conversations & topics.  Participation every week is not necessary, so please join as your schedule allows.  We hope you are able to join us!  Meetings will be virtual via Zoom and facilitated by Mayo Clinic Staff.
