Yes I feel the same way but I have too watch what I eat all the time and still have flare ups, I started drinking warm ginger tea with lemon at night. still I wake up with stomach pain, I will be so glad when a cure come up for the problem.

I’ve tried, IBgard, peppermrnt oil capsules, fiber, Tennel capsules, and Tea. don’t eat red meat, mostly ciicken, fish, lots of salads and everything baked nothing fryed nothing spicy. It mainly hits me at night with the feeling of bloated, stomach pain, which make it hard to get a good night sleep. Exercise seam too help a little.
