hello, please try drinking lots of water. i used to get similar cramps and,
apart from my daily consumption, i drink *one litre of water* on waking
(before tea/coffee/breakfast). also, *one or two glasses* immediately
before sleeping. helped me immensely. cramps more often than not are due to
