Check out trigger point therapy. Mayo Clinic knows what this is…. A
great book: Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies and Davies.
Contention is that much pain can be relieved by manipulation of trigger
points and or a needling procedure. I do this myself…have had almost
debilitating pain until I started this 2 years ago. No pain meds, @ all.
Do not know why more docs don’t know about this yet. Ripe field for

I have, over the years, increased my dosage of Levothyroxine…testing to
make sure my score is around 1.8-2.3…….where I feel the best.

I suggest you look into trigger points…simply google.There is an amazing book “The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook”, by Claire Davies and Amber Davies that, if you think it apples to you is well worth reading. MUCH body pain is a result of trigger points. A myofascial release expert can also help. I have had chronic body pain, also hip, buttocks, back….and when I do this self healing therapy along with stretching after, I have no pain. My physical therapist and MD do not know of this… they have heard of this, but that is all..Good Luck!
