Aug 24, 2015 · 47 year old healthy female with very mild Ebstein's anomaly in Heart & Blood Health

I have a 47 year old healthy female with very mild Ebstein’s anomaly (no surgical intervention needed). I just learned that my aortic root is measuring 4.0. I also have had mild hypertension most of my adult life. I have a family history of aortic dissection. Should I choose to electively have it repaired while I am healthy and insured? Or should I wait and monitor it’s growth rate?
