How are you now? Did you get a diagnosis? Did you go to the Mayo Clinic? I’m 43 and saw your post and I’m guessing because there is no post that your good now.? I’m going to try Zantac and Vitamin D, now that I saw your post….because it seems my intestinal issues are getting worse…..I haven’t got any tests yet, I’m just trying everything first before the doctors put me through the rat race….

Probiotics are key from what I’m finding. So many of us had been sick while young and the antibiotics have caused us to have problems with the good bacteria that helps things move along. Exercise and lots of water is key as well. My problem is Irritable Bowel but more on the constipation side. If you find something else that works, please share.

Did anyone tell you to try more Probiotics to help get more good bacteria in your system? I’ve been experiencing IBS symptoms and I’m going to try that next. I’m actually afraid to go to the doctor because they will run all of those tests that you did and find nothing. Joining a community like this is awesome. I hope all is still well with you.
