I have heard of a mouth insert – a dental solution, but have not tried it. I use a c-pap and had to try several different types of masks to find one comfortable enough.

My husband was diagnosed with spinal stenosis at Mayo. The MD suggested exercise to strengthen the muscles. A few years later, he fell and his his head had suffered a spinal contusion. I would suggest that you visit Mayo and discuss surgery. As difficult as that is, it’s better than a spinal cord injury.
My husband had a spinal cord injury 10 years ago. Fortunately, he regained the ability to walk. However, he suffers from severe pain. As a result, he is very short- tempered. I would suggest that you take care of yourself and periodically take some time off. I do the best I can and try not to get stressed. Best of luck, there are many others in your position
