I had something similar, only in my groin. I used a solution of 10 parts water to on e part chlorine bleach. Washed well, rinsed, then washed with my regular body soap. Mine cleared up in a few days.
Worth a shot and you already have the ingredients I’m sure. Try powdering you arm pits with a little baking soda also.

You can not make him do anything. You are not responsible for his actions (or lack of action). Go to a good dietitian and get about 10 or fifteen meal recipes of things he likes. They are available. The trick with diabetes type II is the consistency with carbs. Spread them out over the day, never over do all in one meal. get a good low carb chart and stick to about 200-250 grams a day and see how it goes. Adjust as needed per HIS doctor’s advice.
You can not make his change his eating lifestyle. He has to want to do it for you, for his family, but most of all for HIMSELF!

Nov 2, 2011 · How can I quit smoking ? in Healthy Living

Not one to buck the Lord, however, a more practical solution might be for you to check a few places. 1) many hospitals offer free stop smoking classes with support groups. 2) Many states also have free smoke enders meeting and support groups. 3) Stop smoking and stop hanging with anyone that smokes in your presence.
If they are truly your friends, they will honor your wish not to smoke when you are present.
I quit after 55 years of smoking 3 packs a day, 8 cigars and an occasional pipe. I always had something smoking somewhere. I just desided it was time to let go of the smokes. (Of course I am stage 3 COPD, Emphysema, and one lung, so the doctors said quit or buy a coffing so I quite…… but ot be safe I paid for my cremation just to avoid the rush when I pass.)
