Fri, Sep 20 4:02pm · SLEEP STUDY-SLEEP APNEA in Digestive Health

I had a sleep study done a 3 years ago and they could not get a good reading because client in bed in next room kept waking me up with all his complaints. So I am back at it again picking up a unit this Monday and wearing it at home for two nights. I do know I definitely have sleep apnea. So my questions for you all that have CPAP units what has been your experiences with the different types of units [full nose-partial] also what about sanitizing them. Should I invest in the unit that you see on TV all the time. I work with a guy that just puts his tubing in the dishwasher-not so sure about that. I would love to hear back from anyone that is currently using a CPAP. Thanks in advance.!

Thank you for all this info. It is my brother and he is doing great now. However, while reading your post it made me think of something. I take Dexilant use to take the purple pill for GERD they say it should only be used temporarily and now insurance won't pay for it to take daily. Have you ever been on either of these. Do you know if they are a PPI also? I am thinking maybe just switching to prevacid over the counter instead. Thoughts?

Boy Kimberly you have been rung through the ringer. I hope you are doing much better. I would like to ask about the LUPUS part, how did they finally 100 percent diagnose you with LUPUS and did it take a while. I have many symptoms of LUPUS but problem these systems are same for many other diseases. New doc told me my blood work showed flags for LUPUS and the arthritic doctor I see have not diagnosed that. One of the most tell tell signs for me is that I have the butterfly type rash across my nose it is very small and very light but it is there.
