Yes, I have worked with many interventions over the past 15 years.
Medication, and keeping active with my gardens and little farm are what is the most viable for me at this time. I would have kept my horse even without riding, but a 1500 pound animal even bumping me unintentionally could put me on the ground. I do get to see her regularly though. How are you doing with activities?
ldawn, the exercises helped me for a while and I was able to continue riding and caring for my horse. As it progressed to 37 degrees I had to give up that life long passion. That was devistating to me and worse to handle than the pain.
I am a 75 year old female with untreated lumbar scoliosis. I am told my curvature is 37
degrees. At present I am taking medication for pain which enables me to still take care of my yard, garden and dogs. The worst pain (right sided ribs and lower lumbar) stays about 3-8 on the pain scale. I would love to connect to others with this condition.
