Dec 30, 2019 · Coronary Calcium Score (Heart Scan) in Heart & Blood Health

A CT scan shows a great deal of calcification in both my carotid arteries.
Have high blood pressure, and family history of heart attacks and strokes.
I wish to point out another tool in the Arsenal and that is natto a massive source of vitamin k2, which has been scientifically looked at and prevents calcification of the arteries by increasing gla matrix protein stripping excess ca+ ions from artery walls. There's a few scientific papers on k2 which show it works to decalcify the arteries of patients with kidney disease.
After reading all the literature on k2, I bought a electric pressure cooker with a yogurt setting, the instant pot duo, and ordered 7 bags of natto bacteria from Ali express which will last year's for under 20 dollars. I now make a weekly batch of natto beans effortlessly for pennies. Look up instant pot natto on youtube. My blood pressure has dropped since, but I am also exercising and have went from 230 to 190lbs at 6ft tall over the past year. You only need to eat a tablespoon a day to get 1000 mcg of vitamin k2.

The rotterdam study and various ckd studies all show that k2 prevents calcification andreduces heart attack events. I would not take mega does of it with mega doses of d3 though. The calcification is like scar tissue, it cannot kill, only exposed soft plaque clots and kills.

Important to know that it's not the calification which kills, its the hot plaque. As long as you have removed sources of inflammation; insulin resistance, stress, infection, etc….and dropped weight, you don't have to be in the unaware high cac score group. I would buy a defibrillator and keep it handy though just in case

May 16, 2019 · C-Diff, over use of antibitoics and medications that have helped me. in Digestive Health

C diff I have had that killer complete with fever. Massive 15lb weight loss, and constant diorrehea over a weekend. I quit the antibiotics and it stopped.
I recently had to take a 3 month course of metronidazole so really read up on it. I found eating slow digestive food with little fibre, the pizzas, white bread pasta white rice instead of healthy food made all the difference. I also bought s. Boulardi, a yeast, and probiotics, but frankly the diet of low fibre stodge was the key thing that prevented the c diff taking a grip imo
