I totally agree. Women can have heart attacks without any traditional risk factors. Mayo Clinic is researching SCAD heart attacks which mostly affect younger women. I would suggest to your Dr that they do a CT angiogram or a CT or MRI of your heart to look for blood vessel abnormalities. I had an artery dissection like this.
If you are having this many problems I would think gastric surgery would be very risky for you. Just my gut feeling
This Dr is not listening to you. Find a new Dr. There are many other meds which won’t cause side effects. I was on very low dose time release Coreg and it still caused bad side effects. Try a good endocrinologist to help with the thyroid and maybe they can help guide you in the other areas and help you find another cardiologist.
Just wondering how they diagnose heart failure with preserved ejection fraction. My EF is always normal though I have stenosis and will need surgery at some point
I have a bicuspid aortic valve with stenosis and aortic aneurysm 3,9. Get an echo twice year. I’m having a hard time dealing with heat and humidity. . I’m dizzy a lot and can’t do stairs. Still they say it is not bad enough yet for surgery
