Hang in there, it will be better to think positive, but I am sure everyone tells you that. Coming from another facing death I think it means alittle more cause they understand where you are coming from. Please try to stay positive and your single too like me huh… that part sucks too in the alone times, night and morning like you said. Other times there is other people, the tv, music, whatever that will keep you busy but its that time when you have to lay there with your thoughts are the times that you wish it would just all end. Not a nice thought. I wish you the best my friend!!!

Has anyone seen a gastro doc for this problem? You could be having stomach or digestive problems…just a thought. I have gotten all my teeth pulled and I have that issue off and on, but I also have blisters, cold sores, and thrush alot so I have other problems besides that. I would try a gastro doc and see what they say. Has your primary recommended anyone?

Did you have CDIFF test I would imagine? I would assume they took one the first week, you probably should have one again. I did that and within a 2 week period it "reared" its ugly head … lol

Nov 19, 2019 · Fecal Microbiota Transplant (FMT) in Digestive Health

Good morning!!! I heard that fecal transplants/implants can cause death? Also that they are either causing people to be miserable if not done correctly. Don't ask me where I heard it from, I remember it specifically, because the doctor was telling me when they were talking about it that it works very well there is not very many problems with it and then I read that. I was horrified!!! Didn't really make me want to have one if I ever had too. I have Recurring C-diff apparently its going to like my body and they were talking about doing that this past time if the last drug didn't work. Not to make anyone afraid of it, but you might want to do your research!!! There may not be a lot in this post but there is a lot out there

Oct 19, 2019 · C. difficile – Are your guts ever normal again? in Digestive Health

Yes I did… they told me you can go 20 years and still have a relapse. Its nasty stuff that lies dormant in your gastro intenstines and they just sit and wait for the perfect time to attack, maybe just so happened to be Keflex and apparently the was something in there already that was not happy either. So the 2 go hand in hand and boom there you have it the present of Cdiff… the gift that keeps on giving literally. It never goes away, don't think it does, it will get you at anytime. Obviously I am a prime example.

Had Cdiff for over one year back in 2011 I was in the hospital for 4 months and was very sick where I almost died. I went all that time up until July of this year I think it was with out having even a tad bit of the runs and then I took keflex for a cut on my head that wasn't a big deal. They sewed it up and it really didn't need an antibiotic. Then a couple days later there it was like a bad habit.

I also took Vanco for 6 weeks then we tried another 6 weeks and flagyl together which cleared it up. We didn't have to do Dificid, they were also talking about a poop transplant. I read up on those and they aren't very safe alot of people die from those which totally scared me and I read that after the fact. Keflex is on my no list of antibiotics thats a supposed cdiff starter. I went over a year the first time and I cried for and hour when I found out I had it the second time cause no one told me it stays in your system so it was a surprise to me. I hope you feel better soon!!
