re: the sun…. i have found the time I spend at the beach (2 week family vacation) leads to much less itching as well as less rash. I don't lay out under the sun too much but just being outside getting more UV rays seems to help. Derm said its not much different than going thru the light treatments that seem to work with Grovers a bit.

Think like anything we are putting our bodies at an unusual/not normal amount, you should probably speak with your doctor. Also read the stories, sound like allergy symptoms. If you could be allergic, don’t do it. Just listen to your body. If it’s reacts negatively, stop. I notice a difference taking cilantro. No side affects liver numbers were a little above range so watching that but otherwise no issue so far So staying with it. At least for now

Around day 15 or so i think with the smoothies. Upped it to 3/4 bunch to see if the red spots would go away – only have a couple of raised ones, no new ones. Itching is reduced for sure but not gone. Seeing if more gives me any benefit. Going away for the weekend so no smoothies. Guess i will go with supplements – How many are people taking if they have to skip the smoothie? One pill seems way light given how much cilantro is in each smoothie

Yes – i dull it with OJ and some strawberry banana smoothie mix. It tastes like cilantro with a little OJ and Strawberry banana smoothie mix. If i hold my nose, i can get it down in a few big gulps.

I been in the cilantro smoothie club for 12 days now. Still tough to swallow, but I am used to it. I have stayed with half a bunch thus far. Symptom wise, i frankly don't know. The itching seems to have been reduced – the rash not so much – i have lots of red dots as of late, but very few raised (never had more than about 8 raised). I have the Grover's symptoms with less rash and more itching – especially on the back. The red dots are underneath my pecs. I was thinking of using more than a half a bunch to see if the rash actually goes away but not sure i can stomach that much more cilantro in my smoothie. Want to get it in one glass vs two. Will keep you all posted. So happy its working for many of you.

Perfect. My bunches were much larger – so i split it up. About 10-12 stalks. Day 2 went down easier than day 1, especially since I knew after day 1 that the mixture wasn't going to destroy me. Mixed in more orange juice this time. Trying to minimize how much i add as there is less to drink. I haven't checked the rash yet today, but strangely i have much less itching today. I have very bad itching on non-bump areas; frankly the visible rash marks have never (knock on wood) been that bad itch wise at least. Crossing my fingers – my wife thinks i am nuts drinking the horrid shakes – she has had itchy skin her whole life and just manages thru it. If this all clears up and the itchiness dissipates, i will stick with it. By the way, if/when it does, are we now stuck drinking this every day for the rest of our lives or just when it pops up again? Anyone get to the point of weening off the smoothies yet?

Ok. Made my first batch. Only half a bunch which by itself seemed like an awfully large amount. Can’t say it smelled very good. Added oj, some almond milk and a little strawberry banana smoothie mix. A bit rough getting it all down. Will keep you posted
