My knee flexion was 70 degrees in September pre arthrolysis , 5 months after TKreplacement. It is worth while having the surgery, I am back at work full time as a nurse, but I do still have neuropathic pain.
I have had several physiotherapists, my current one seems to understand arthrofibrosis, he is now working on my muscle weakness

I also had arthroscopic arthrolysis and debridment of left knee last September. I am glad to say my knee flexion is now 120 degrees. It has been hard work.
However I still have awful pain and stiffness…. paying for physio …..again

Thank you for this. No surgeon never explained this to me. But I am where I am now. Any contacts in the UK?

Just wondered I would like advice. I am 1 year post TKR, my flexion is 90 degrees today. I have paid privately to see a physio at work who instantly diagnosed me as having CRPS. What should I do? Physio may help, should I pay to see a pain specialist

Hi
I had my total knee replacement in April last year. My surgery was scheduled for 1730. I was advised that the surgeon preferred to complete quick procedures first.
I was allowed to eat up to 5 hours before the admission time, and 1 hour before admission time was my last drink (water).

That is a bit difficult when I paid privately to have the surgery. I cannot afford to have a second opinion, the initial surgery cost £12k
